Malone Glass is considered an essential service and is OPEN FOR BUSINESS and we will continue to
deliver our full range of services including our 24 hour Emergency Response and ALL supply and install of all of
Malone Glass`s great range of products. Obviously though we need to be very mindful of the current
requirements implemented by the Australian Government and Medical Authorities and will implement
these procedures without compromise.

The health and safety of our staff, customers and suppliers is of utmost importance to us here at
Malone Glass, so we have implemented a range of measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Operationally we are responding by:
At our place of business and shop we provide hand sanitisers and practice social distancing.
Disinfecting plant and equipment that will be handled by customers prior to delivery to customers
Our Sales team are will try to work remotely where possible but when this is not will practice
social distancing if site visits are required with all information being able to be sent via
emails, messages etc
On road service technicians and installers following social distancing of 1.5m and enhanced hygiene
practices. If we are required to come in close contact with a customer in the course of our duties
we will wear face masks and gloves as required.
Training courses are continuing to run with strict new health and safety measures for trainers and
students
No unexpected visitors allowed on any sites
Notification to all customers of our arrival to allow them to also prepare to practice safe
distancing procedures
Stopping all non-essential travel
Requesting suppliers implement strict health and safety measures

We will continue to monitor information from the Federal and State Government and will continue to
update our response to Coronavirus on the our websites
